Transparency
Full accountability, always
We believe that trust is built through transparency. Here's how we ensure every sponsor, donor, and community stakeholder can see exactly how resources are used.
How Funds Are Used
Every rand contributed to the Patrick & Johanna Foundation is allocated with purpose. We prioritise direct programme delivery while ensuring sustainable operations and continuous programme development. Our approach balances community impact with responsible investment in the people, systems, and infrastructure required to deliver meaningful and lasting change.
Quarterly Updates
All sponsors and major donors receive detailed quarterly reports including financial summaries, program outcomes, beneficiary stories, and photographic documentation. We believe accountability is earned through consistent, transparent reporting.
Photo & Receipt Documentation
Every program activity is documented with photographs and receipts. Sponsors receive visual proof of how their contributions are used, including images from food drives, workshops, community projects, and youth employment activities.
Safeguarding Statement
The Patrick & Johanna Foundation takes the protection of youth and community members seriously. We maintain strict safeguarding policies to ensure the wellbeing and dignity of all participants in our programs. All volunteers and staff undergo screening, and we maintain clear reporting procedures for any concerns.
